One of the difficult questions for employers and attorneys in employment law is whether an absence or situation is covered by federal statutes, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and/or workers’ compensation, a state statute.
This course will provide guidance on what is covered under these statutes.
