FMLA 101: Family and Medical Leave Act
FMLA has spawned much litigation over whether employees' absences are covered by FMLA and employees alleging retaliation for the taking of the FMLA leave. Due to the newness of the FMLA, there are still many outstanding questions concerning the FMLA and conflicts between various Circuit Courts of Appeal.
This course will cover the basics of the FMLA, the various issues which are litigated under FMLA and current court decisions related to the FMLA.
