This course is designed for attorneys who represent employers in Tennessee and other states. This course covers the various aspects of law governing workplace inspections under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. It provides guidance to practitioners on steps to prepare for an OSHA workplace inspection, the conduct of an OSHA workplace inspection, and subsequent contest of a citation. Detailed knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Act is not required to complete this course.
