Angelita
Fisher is an associate in the Employment Discrimination Section
of King & Ballow.
Ms. Fisher received her law degree cum laude from the Mississippi
College School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University
of North Alabama. While in law school she was the co-winner of the
Appellant Brief and Oral Argument competition. Ms. Fisher served
as judicial clerk to the Honorable Glen H. Davidson, United States
District Court, Northern District of Mississippi.
Ms. Fisher's practice includes counseling of managers and supervisors
in areas such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII of
the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the
Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
She is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama.
